Jobing Description

Overall Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of the daily retail store operation
 
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Oversees the overall daily operation of a retail store. Responsibilities include supervising store employees, hiring, discipline, and scheduling of employees. Meet assigned sales performance and profitability criteria. Ensures customer satisfaction. Maintains inventories at adequate levels, promotes sales, and maintains the appearance of the store. Completes accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts and prices and conducts physical inventories. Supervisory: Yes.

Skills / Requirements


Required Qualifications:


  • Two years sales/customer service experience in telecommunications or related industry

  • One year management experience 

  • Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards

  • Ability to motivate and lead direct reports

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • May be required to wear a uniform

  • Ability to attend required training


 Desired Qualifications:


  • Three or more years sales/customer service experience in the telecommunications or related industry

  • 1 to 5 years retail, customer facing, sales experience 

  • 2 years sales management experience preferred. 

  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred

  • Familiarity with wireless terminology and AT&T Mobility systems preferred
