Position Description
Job Summary:
This position is located in Anadarko's Northeastern Wyoming Midstream Operations as a member of the field operations work team.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year experience in oil and gas production facilities is required
- Must be able to work in the outdoors in extreme temperatures
- A basic understanding of oil and gas operations, and working knowledge of natural gas process equipment is preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Experience in the use of computers and a basic knowledge of Word and Excel is preferred
- Ability to work in a cooperative team environment
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to and enforce all applicable company, state and federal safety and environmental rules and regulations in assigned areas
- Conduct dew point testing, maintenance and monitoring of glycol dehydration systems
- Execute start up, shut down and operating procedures for compressors, dehydration units, electric motors, fans, pumps, instrumentation, valves and alarms
- Perform minor maintenance on compressors, engines, pumps, controls, piping and valves
- Pipeline pigging without interruption to normal gas and liquid flows
- Compile daily production reports including downtime, abnormal gas volumes, condensation and unaccountable losses
- Communicate with operations supervisors, field, plant and maintenance employees, clerical staff, producers, pumpers, landowners and contractors
- Perform or assist in performing construction and pipeline repairs and installation
- Maintain good housekeeping practices
- Ability to respond to call out requests as needed for maintenance, relief and emergency situations

Education:
- Candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Grade and salary will be commensurate with relevant education and experience.
Certifications/Licenses:
Valid US driver?s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required
Relocation:
This position is not eligible for relocation
Travel Requirements:
The percentage of travel required for this position is 0 - 10%
Work Schedule:
10-hour shift requiring rotation on weekend and holidays. Potential for night shift rotation.
